Motherhood Behind Glass

In the spring of 2020, when much of the world was staying home, I photographed 43 women in my community, surrounded by their children, through the windows of their homes. In the five years that followed, babies have been born, children have gotten older and gone back to school, the oldest mother I photographed has since lost her battle with cancer. None of these women, or her children, are the same people they were five years ago. Time keeps moving. I hope you can see the strength and love on their faces.
